POWER MUST EMPOWER

KEY TO OBTAINING AND MAINTAINING POWER. IF A PERSON IS EMPOWERING OTHERS THE PEOPLE WILL OFTEN DEVELOP A LVL OF DEPENDENCY, LOYALTY AND LOVE TOWARDS THE PERSON IN POWER. ALSO IF THE PERSON IN POWER IS EMPOWERING EVERYONE ENOUGH THEY WILL HAVE NO REASON TO OVERTHROW HIM.

WHY EMPOWERMENT IS GOOD
